- HR Onboarding Reference Kit (B2B) — an internal reference document describing standard administrative procedures for HR teams. This is operational documentation only and does not constitute legal, compliance or professional advice.
- Retirement Paperwork Organisation — a hands-on administrative service that helps clients arrange, label and digitise personal records. We do not interpret, assess or provide opinions on the contents of any documents.

5. Payment & Fees
5.1 Pricing
All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Current prices are listed on our Services page and are subject to change. The price applicable to your engagement is the price confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment terms are confirmed during the booking process. For workshop sessions, full payment is typically required at the time of booking to secure your place. For organisational or B2B engagements, we will issue an invoice with the agreed payment schedule.
5.3 Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting us at [email protected] or calling +66 95 408 1763. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 7 days before the session or delivery date: full refund issued.
- 3–7 days before the session or delivery date: 50% refund issued.
- Fewer than 3 days before the session or delivery date: no refund, though we will offer to reschedule where reasonably possible.
- B2B Reference Kits already delivered: not eligible for refund once the kit has been provided, as the deliverable has been fulfilled.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative date.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 General Exclusion
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Pillarwise and its staff, representatives and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from:
- Your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content.
- Any decision made or action taken in reliance on any information provided by Pillarwise.
- Errors, omissions, interruptions or delays in the content or services.
- Any third-party content or websites linked from this site.
6.2 Cap on Liability
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
